Formula Ford Single Seater Racing Car Experience

With the surface of the track literally inches below you, the experience of driving a Single Seater Formula Ford is a memory that will last for a lifetime. With no ABS, power steering or other driving aids, yet performance and grip levels that would put many supercars to shame, a Single Seater driving experience is a fantastic gift for all motorsport fans.

Weighing in at only 600kgs the Formula Ford is powered by a 1.8 litre vetec engine through a four speed manual gearbox, this power to weight ratio leads to astonishing levels of performance. This Single Seater will accelerate from zero to sixty miles per hour in well under five seconds, add to that the astonishing levels of grip this car generates and you have all the ingredients required for an unbelievable drive. Make no mistake, this really is a racing car.

As there's no instructor by your side your experience begins with a 30 minute briefing. Following the briefing it's time to tackle the track in a sports saloon. Here you'll learn the lines of the circuit so you get the most from your racing car experience. Once completed it's time for the helmet and the safety harness as you climb behind the wheel of a real racing car on a real race circuit. Pursuing a pace car driven by a professional racing driver you will need all your wits about you as you strive to keep up over the next 20 Minutes.

A short debrief and certificate presentation takes place after the experience and you can also view and purchase professional photographs and DVD's for a lasting reminder of your racing car drive. Spectators are not only welcomed they are encouraged to come and enjoy the whole experience.
