Food Glorious Food

Three Sisters offers a fantastic selection of food, all cooked on-site by its professional catering team. Available to groups of 10 or more, all you need to do is mention you'd like food when you make your booking. You don't have to choose what you want there and then, as long as you let us know what you want 2 weeks before your event that's fine.




Group Karting Menu Options




Option one – Burger- £8.00 per person

Your choice of either a 8oz flame grilled burger /chicken breast burger, luner (burger topped with blue stilton cheese and crispy bacon) or valley devil style (topped with grilled jalapeno peppers, chilli jam and cheddar cheese on top), served in a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise along with a pot of homemade coleslaw & chips.




Option two-Sandwich -£12.00 per person

A selection of freshly cut sandwiches, mini rolls & wraps. Fillings to include a choice from, Chicken, Sour Cream & Salsa, Tuna Mayo & Peppers, Roast Beef, Horseradish & Rocket, Baked Ham with Mustard Mayo, Hummus & Roast Vegetables, Roast Chicken Salad, BLT, Prawn & Marie Rose, Cheese, Onion & Chutney. Accompanied by, Sausage Rolls, Chicken Fillets with Chilli Dip, Homemade Cheese Coleslaw, Herbed New Potato Salad, Kettle Chips, Fresh Fruit & Chocolates.




Option three – BBQ - £16.50 per person (Available May-September)

Your BBQ option contains locally sourced meats including 100% beef burger with fresh rolls and onions, a variety of sausages, marinated chicken fillets & lamb chops and lamb burger.. Accompanying your BBQ, will be a variety of dishes including: dressed mixed salad, homemade cheese coleslaw, new potatoes with sour cream & chive dressing, fresh crusty bread and all mustard & relishes.




Option four- Hot buffet - £12.00 per person

(10-20 choice of one dish, 20 + choice of two dishes)

All choices for your hot buffet are homemade by our on-site chef, you can choose from:

Homemade Lasagne - layers authentic beef ragu, rich with red wine and garlic and layered with pasta and a béchamel & mozzarella sauce. Topped with a crunchy Parmesan cheese crust, served alongside a fresh mixed salad and garlic bread.

Steak & Ale pie – Hand cut chunks of top rump steak braised in a rich stout & onion gravy along with celery & thyme, bakes with a traditional short crust pastry lid. Served with fresh homemade chips & mushy peas.

Hotpot - A traditional English casserole dish made from tender beef braised in stock with onions, carrots, celery and bay leaves, topped with crisp buttery potato slices and served with pickled red cabbage & fresh crusty bread.

Full Throttle Chilli – Lean ground beef & kidney beans cooked with lots of garlic, chilli's, spices, kidney beans & tomatoes along with a hint of bitter chocolate and coriander. Your Chilli is topped tortillas, guacamole, soured cream, grated cheddar and served alongside rice & garlic bread

Homemade Chicken Curry - Our own recipe – creamy but spicy!
Tender chunks of chicken cooked with onions, fresh ginger, garlic and spices in a tomato & coconut cream sauce, finished with coriander and Served with rice, nann bread, chutney's & chips.

Spinach & ricotta lasagne (V) – layers of fresh spinach, pasta, sautéed mushrooms, cheesy béchamel and a rich marinara sauce. Topped with a crunchy Parmesan cheese crust, and served alongside a fresh mixed salad and garlic bread.

Complimentary Fruit Squash, Tea and Coffee is provided for all groups. All dietary requirements catered for with prior notice.
Additional Drinks may be purchased or a pre-organised tab operated.

 

Minimum order is for 10 people and any catering ordered will need to be paid for 14 days prior to the event.
