Freshly cut sandwiches on white and malted wheat bread and mini rolls with a selection of the following delicious fillings:

  • Egg Mayo, Prawn & 1000 Isle dressing, Turkey & Crispy Bacon, Roast Ham, Roast Beef & Mustard, Tuna Mayo, Lancashire Cheese & Pickle, Poached Salmon & Cucumber, Brie & Grape

To accompany your sandwich selection:

  • Sausage or Vegetable Rolls, Spiced Chicken Fillets, Homemade Creamy Coleslaw, Tomato Salad and Herbed Potato Salad

Option 4 – Hot Buffet - £12.50 per head

Available for groups of 10 & over:

Choose from the following delicious Hot dishes & sweets

  • 10-15 people – 1 Choice of main dish
  • over 15 people – 2 Choices of main dish
  • Lasagne with garlic bread and green salad
  • Steak & Ale Pie and chips
  • Lancashire Hot Pot with crusty bread & red cabbage
  • Chili Con Carne with rice and garlic bread
  • Chicken Curry with rice and chips
  • Apple Pie, Banoffee Pie or Chocolate Fudge Cake – all served with fresh cream

Complimentary fruit squash, tea and coffee is provided for all groups.
