The Sun Came Out And So Did The Owner Drivers

A record grid of 36 teams turned out for the June Owner Drivers Endurance Event making it a record grid for Three Sisters and also, from what we can gather, a record grid in the UK this year for this type of event.

So with so much at stake who shone like the sun that creeped out from behind the lingering clouds and who withered in that sun like a flower with no water? Well, the answer isn't that simple !!  Due to the unexpectedly high grid numbers some of the teams were forced to race with no transponders thus meaning that their lap times couldn't be monitored - however there was no disputing the king of the track with Carcoon taking pole position and the chequered flag.  P2 Racing came in just behind with GC Racing in third.
