Owner Drivers Pro Karting Event 23 August 2011
With McDonald Ceilings and Lucas Racing missing from the race, Chris and Phil Miles didn't have a lot of competition.... they qualified on pole and won fairly easily. In the first stint, the quickest driver in the "Chase the Dragon" team and Bob Quinn in Roch Valley went with Phil Miles, while the rest of the pack squabbled over fourth and slowed themselves down enough to allow the front three to pull out a few seconds gap.
Late on in the race Ecolab had an engine oil filler plug fall off and deposit a slick round the circuit - which made things interesting in the dark !
The next race will be the third championship race on the 6th September with the main race being on 20 September so don't forget to book in!
