Three Sisters Race Circuit Opens the Track to Families over Easter

Find out who's the Fastest Driver in Your Family

Three Sisters’ Race Circuit, located in Ashton-in-Makerfield, is opening its track to families on 26th and 29th March enabling 8-80 year olds to jump into the seat of a professional kart and take to the track.  Open to mums, dads, granddads, aunts, uncles, sons and daughters (the more the merrier) as long as their feet touch the pedals anyone can enjoy 15 minutes of fast, fun driving.

As well as the pro-karts, Three Sisters will provide race suits and helmets, and will give a full briefing before anyone takes to the track. The karts are simple to drive, with just two pedals to operate, so ideal for those wanting to try karting for the first time. And, if drivers do get stuck, there are very friendly marshals posted on the course.

Every junior driver (8-16) will get a free Easter egg and for those members of the family who don’t want to kart there is a fabulous café and some great viewing spots.

Lucy Barnes from Three Sisters commented:  “People tend to think that karting is just for ‘die-hard petrol heads’ but the reality is that it‘s just great fun and can be enjoyed by anyone.  The family day is a chance for people who maybe wouldn’t come normally to a race track to have a try and see if they like it”.

"We run everything from birthday parties to stag dos to corporate events here and everyone leaves with a smile on their face. We've even had some celebs, footballer Peter Crouch and Coronation Street 's Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs) had a great time".

The family day is open from 9am to 5pm. For more information call: 01942 290 992
