Applicable to all Race Experience, Supercar Experience, F1 Experience, Race Training and Scholarship Courses

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all driving courses (apart from F1 experience) either in cash, most major credit/debit cards, or by cheque or postal order. Payment by cheque must be received at least seven working days before the activity, post dated cheques are not accepted.

2. F1 experience - £500 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the activity date.

3. Cancellations - 14 days notice must be given for all cancellations, 30% of the total cost in non-refundable ( apart from F1 Experience see point 2.)

4. Any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will result in the full amount paid being forfeited.

5. Transferring a scheduled date - An activity date can be transferred if 14 days notice is given, less than 14 days notice the date is non transferable. There is a maximum of two re-schedules allowed for each booking.

6. All drivers need to have held a full current driving licnence for a minimum of 12 months. Licences must be produced on the day of the activity in order to participate.

7. Height restrictions - Maximum 6ft 4 Minimum 5ft, For F1 Experience drivers must weigh no more than 18 stone and have a maximum chest & upper arm girth not exceeding 58". Drivers outside these criteria can be considered, but we will need to arange a trial fitting by special arrangement.

8. We reserve the right to refuse any driver from driving the F3 or F1 car if in the opinion of one of our racing instructors they have not scored highly enough in the saloon car and/ or Formula Ford training sessions. Whilst we consider it unlikely that this condition will be enforced it is for safety purposes only, and in our best interests. There will be a refund of 20% of total monies paid in these circumstances.

9. We ask that you arrive at you allocated arrival time, we cannot permit anyone to participate in an activity without attending the preceding drivers' briefing, so it is essential that you arrive on time.

10. No alcohol can be consumed prior to the activities and we reserve the right to refuse an activity to persons we suspect to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

11. Where an activity requires the wearing of a crash helmet, this is mandatory and there are no exceptions.

12. If the nominated driver is unable to attend and you wish to send a replacement driver to take the reserved driving activity, we can accept substitiutes up to the time of signing on, providing that the nominated susbstitute complies with all the necessary criteria.

13. Where the duration of an activity is mentioned in our brochure or by our booking assistants, or agents, this is an approximate time and is given as a guide only. Unless specifically stated otherwise you will take your driving activity with other participants and there may be some waiting time involved.

14. The very nature of our driving activiities means that some personal risk may be involved in taking part in the activities that we offer and you should be aware of this when ordering. We require the drivers signature on a discalimer before participation is allowed. Please note that some medical conditions preclude certain drivers from taking part, for example, haemophilia or epilepsy. Three Sisters Race Circuit carries full third party and public liability insurance cover for all their operations.

15. All our driving activiites are offered subject to availability of dates, vehicles, facilities and the weather - there can be no guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to extreme weather conditions. If we are unable to run your driving activity due to extreme adverse weather conditions or other eventys beyond our control, we will let you know with as much notice as possible. In such circumstances, you will be able to re-book your driving activity, however this must be re-booked and taken within three months of the original planned date.

16. Vehicle damage - any driver damaging a vehicle will forfeit all remaining circuit activity with no refiund being given.

17. Drivers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will be required to sign an indemnity.

18. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
