Group Sprint Karting

Whether you're entertaining clients, organising a works do or maybe just getting a group of friends together, Group Sprint Karting events are fun, fast-paced and usually quite competitive! They’re designed for 10-20 drivers, all racing individually, with a choice of a 20, 40 or 60 minute final race.

On arrival everyone is given a racing suit, helmet and gloves before heading to the briefing room for a safety overview.  Then it’s onto the track for a 10 minute qualifying session.  This gives drivers the chance to familiarise themselves with the SODI Karts, experience the challenges of the North West's premier outdoor circuit and also push for a fast lap time.  How fast they complete a lap of the circuit will determine their starting position on the grid for the final, so it is crucial they get it right. How many times they have a go within the 10minute qualifying time is up to them.

A Formula 1 style grid signifies the start of the 20, 40 or 60 minute final race where the aim is simple. Be the first to cross this line and take the chequered flag.

Group Sprint Kart events have exclusive access to the Three Sisters circuit for the duration of the karting event.

Format for Group Sprint Kart racing:

• Full Safety Briefing

• 10 minute warm-up

• 20, 40 or 60 minute race

• Awards for the top three drivers

Kart, helmet, gloves and racing overalls provided.
