Aintree Racing Drivers School Under New Ownership
30th March 2004
Aintree Racing Drivers School (ARDS) based at Three Sisters Race Circuit in Lancashire, has been purchased by former Brands Hatch and Silverstone directors, Peter Barnes and Rob Bain.
ARDS is Europe's longest established racing school, and specialises in professional race driver training and driving gift experiences, ARDS operates one the most comprehensive racing fleets with the flagship being the Formula 1 driving experience.
Three Sisters Race Circuit is the UK's longest and fastest kart circuit and hosts over 30 race meeting events per year on both two and four wheels.
'Our prime objective is to develop the venue for corporate use,' advises Peter, 'this will allow us to re-invest in the site and improve the facilities for all users. We remain committed to the sport in general, the race meetings will continue to be critical to the future of the venue and we can assure competitors that availability within the diary will allow us to satisfy our commercial needs without compromising our commitment to them.'
Peter and Rob are delighted to be part of the future of ARDS and Three Sisters and look forward to announcing improvements to the venue over the coming months.
